Wir bieten ehrenamtliche Rechtsberatung (nach dem Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz) für Geflüchtete in Dresden, um die bestehenden Beratungsstellen zu entlasten.

Sie suchen Unterstützung zum Thema „Asyl“?

Wir bieten…

• Hilfe zur Vorbereitung auf die Anhörung beim BAMF (Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge),
• Rechtsberatung rund um die Themen Asyl und Flucht (nach dem Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz),
• Unterstützung bei der Stellung von Asylanträgen
• und können Sie gegebenenfalls an kompetente Fachpersonen weitervermitteln.

Falls Sie mit uns Kontakt aufnehmen möchten, schreiben Sie eine Mail an asylberatung@amnesty-hochschulgruppe-dresden.de und wir besprechen, wie wir Ihnen helfen können. Wenn Sie eine Sprachmittlung wünschen, geben Sie dies bitte in Ihrer Anfrage an.

Bitte beachten Sie: Wir sind KEINE ausgebildeten Jurist:innen oder Anwält:innen, sondern ehrenamtliche Freiwillige. Daher können wir nicht zu allen Fragestellungen Hilfe leisten.

• Menschen, die Rechtsberatung für Geflüchtete vor und im Asylverfahren anbieten möchten. Dabei ist es egal, ob du Vorkenntnisse im (Asyl-)Recht hast – Wir können dich umfassend einarbeiten
• Sprachmittler:innen
• Menschen, die uns bei der Organisation unterstützen können.

Wie läuft es, wenn du selbst beraten möchtest?

• Du meldest dich bei uns und wir stellen dir unsere Arbeit vor.
• Es gibt regelmäßig umfangreiche Einführungsseminare, um dich als Berater:in fitzumachen.
• Anschließend nutzen wir Hospitationsmöglichkeiten bei anderen Dresdner Beratungsstellen oder bei unseren bereits ausgebildeten Berater:innen für die Praxiserfahrung und…
• ….sobald du dich sicher fühlst, kann es losgehen!

Wenn du interessiert bist, komm zu einem unserer offenen Plena. Derzeit treffen wir uns etwa alle zwei Wochen (gerade Kalenderwochen), normalerweise mittwochs um 18:30 Uhr. Für genauere Infos und zur Anmeldung, melde dich unter asylberatung@amnesty-hochschulgruppe-dresden.de. In den Plena können wir dir vorstellen, woran wir gerade arbeiten, und du kannst einen ersten Eindruck bekommen.

Welcome to the Untergruppe Asylberatung!

We are offering legal advice (according to the Legal Services Act of Germany) for
refugees in Dresden.

You need support during your asylum seeking procedure?

We offer

• Preparation for the hearing at the BAMF (Bundesamt für Migration und
  Flüchtlinge: the federal office of Germany for migration and refugees),
• legal advice concerning topics such as “asylum” and “refugee status”,
• phrasing and submitting asylum applications,
• if necessary, we can refer you to competent experts in the field.

hochschulgruppe-dresden.de and we can discuss how we can help you. If you
require language mediation services, please state so in the e-mail.
Please note: we are not qualified attorneys! We are volunteers with a limited capacity
and know-how and therefore we cannot provide help in all cases.

You want to support our work or actively participate in our group?

We are currently looking for:

• persons who want to offer legal advice to refugees during or before the asylum procedure. You do not need any prior knowledge, since we can offer an extensive introduction into the topic,
• persons willing and able to provide language mediation services,
• persons who would like to support us with organisational tasks.
• Everyone who is interested is heartily welcome!

How will it work if you want to become an advisor yourself?

• You can get in touch with us and we will introduce you to our work
• There are periodic introductory seminars, to make you fit as an advisor
• Afterwards you will be able to gain practical knowledge by interning at other centres, which offer similar services to us, or with our trained advisors
• As soon as you feel ready, you may start advising yourself.

If you are interested, you are more than welcome attend our open plena. Currently we are meeting every two weeks, Wednesdays at 18:30. For more information, or just to let us know that you are coming, please contact asylberatung@amnesty-hochschulgruppe-dresden.de. During your visit with us you can get an insight into how we work and which topics we concern ourselves with. Please note: Plena will be held in German, so a basic knowledge of the language would be preferable.

Ofrecemos asesoramiento jurídico voluntario (según la ley alemana de servicios jurídicos) para los refugiados en Dresde, esto para aliviar los centros de asesoramiento existentes.

Está buscando asesoría para el tema: „Asilo“?

Nosotros ofrecemos…

• Asistencia en la preparación de la audiencia en la BAMF (Oficina Federal de Migración y Refugiados, por sus siglas en Alemán)
• Asesoramiento jurídico acerca de varios aspectos del asilo y refugio (de acuerdo con la
  Ley de Servicios Jurídicos)
• Apoyo en la presentación de solicitudes de asilo
• De ser necesario, podemos remitirle con especialistas competentes en el asunto
